Mark George

Mark George leads Atacama Ventures as founder and Managing Partner, where he focuses on identifying and backing the next generation of venture capital funds. As Executive Chairman of the Texas Rattlers, a Professional Bull Riding team in Fort Worth, he brings his entrepreneurial expertise to one of America's fastest-growing sports franchises.

Before launching Atacama Ventures, Mark was instrumental in scaling Bizo, an advertising technology pioneer that was acquired by LinkedIn in 2014. He holds an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and earned his BA in History from the University of Virginia.

When not working with emerging fund managers or building sports franchises, Mark can be found pursuing outdoor adventures—from casting flies on remote streams to carving fresh powder on mountain slopes.
